原理特点 Key Features:

本材料采用创新型无氟离型纸转移复合工艺,搭载智慧型薄膜技术。通过动态平衡亲水基团与无孔亲水膜层结构,形成独特的压差湿差透汽自发调节机制 — 当人体剧烈运动产生热湿气时,薄膜分子链段通过布朗运动效应智能响应,在一定的温度和湿度梯度下,于湿度高的一侧吸附水分子,通过高分子链上的亲水基团传递到湿度低的一侧解吸,形成“吸附 - 扩散 - 解吸”的过程实现湿气管理,同步完成热能疏导与汗气排放。 材料兼具柔软触感与回弹特性。
The material employs an innovative fluorine-free release paper transfer lamination process, equipped with intelligent film technology. The dynamic balance of hydrophilic groups and non-void hydrophilic membrane layer structure form a unique pressure and humidity difference adjustment mechanism. When the human body produces heat and humidity from intense exercise, the film's molecular chain segments respond to a certain temperature and humidity gradient through the Brownian motion effect. The water molecules adsorbed on the side of humidity is high, and the hydrophilic groups on the macromolecular chain are adsorbed on the side of humidity is low. The material is soft to the touch and resilient.

持久耐用防水:转移贴合技术使得亲水膜与面料之间的贴合更加牢固,不易因摩擦、拉伸等外力作用而脱落或分离,从而保证了防水性能的持久性和稳定性。即使在频繁的穿着和洗涤过程中,也能保持良好的防水效果。
Long-lasting And Durable Waterproof: Transfer lamination technology ensures a strong bond between the waterproof layer and the fabric, making it resistant to external forces such as friction and stretching. This technology improves durability and stability, even during frequent use.
 
水汽透湿平衡:根据人体与外界环境的湿度差异,有效地调节水汽的传递方向和速度。当人体周围环境较为干燥时,面料能够阻止外界过于干燥的空气过度吸收皮肤表面的水分,起到一定的保湿作用;而当环境湿度较高时,又能加快水汽的排出,确保身体始终处于一个相对舒适的湿度状态。
Water Vapour Permeability Balance: Water vapour transmission is regulated by the humidity difference between the body and the environment. When dry, the fabric prevents skin moisture absorption, ensuring a moisturising effect. When humid, the fabric accelerates water vapour discharge, maintaining the body's comfort level of humidity.
 
柔韧舒适体感:转移贴合的工艺可以使亲水膜与面料的结合更加紧密和均匀,同时不会显著增加面料的厚度和硬度,保持了面料原有的柔软度和质感。穿着时,面料能够更好地贴合身体曲线,不会产生明显的束缚感和不适感。
Flexible And Comfortable Body Feeling: The transfer lamination process ensures the hydrophilic film and the fabric are closely and evenly combined, without significantly increasing the thickness and hardness of the fabric, thereby maintaining the original softness and texture. When worn, the fabric fits the body's curves well and is comfortable.
