What We Do 

We are a company specializing in brand materials(COCONA 37.5®, Biodegradable CiCLO®, Bio-Based SORONA®, Recycled C4® etc) combining high technology with fashion concept and have long concentrated of innovative fabric with high values-added that help create value for our customers.

Today we built up our own manufacturing & innovating factory from weaving, dyeing, to bonding...producing innovative fabric as well as price-point items for renowned customers for shipping to their nominated garment vendors in Bangladesh, Cambodia, and domestic consumption in China too.

We are proud of our One-stop shop supply system which conveys the keys benefits that most of our customers so wanted; smooth communication with one contact window, buyer's instructions are quickly be passed along, more effective costing, shortened turnaround time from new fabric development to bulk production, streamline payment process and the list goes on…

With our fabric expertise, experiences, production facilities, and related resources, we are in good position to offer competitive fabric pricing with quick turnaround time. An additional fabric supplier like us will enhance sourcing and bargaining power to synchronize with our customers’ supply chain strategy.

Production capacity

◎Weaving factory--over 200 sets woven weaving machines, over 20 million meters per year

◎Dyeing factory--over 40 sets woven dyeing machines, over 25 million meters per year

◎Bonding factory--8 sets machines, over 15 million meter per year

Quality assurance

We accept 4-points system for fabric inspection. We will also accommodate different inspection standards, if the specific requirement is specified at the time orders are placed. Customers are welcome to send the designated QC staff/agent to conduct inline & final inspection in our production facilities

Lab test

We comply with customers’ lab test requirements by allowing their designated QC staff/agent to pick up bulk samples from our production lines. The required lab test parameters and testing method are required to be communicated prior to placing order.
