SYCORE-TEX has introduced its third generation -- Topological Softgel. The 1 to 2 mm thick material provides the same amount of warmth as 5 to 10 mm down in a jacket. While maintaining body temperature, the material has significantly improved air and moisture permeabilities. SYCORE-TEX utilizes multiphase, multicomponent polymers and functional powder materials to create a three-dimensional, multilayered, porous topological network skeleton structure. This structure is then combined with advanced textile manufacturing processes to produce ultrathin composite fabrics. The resulting fabric offers several benefits, including ultra-low thermal conductivity, excellent softness, flexibility and drapability, windproof properties and good breathability.
