SYCORE-TEX has introduced its third generation -- Topological Softgel. The 1 to 2 mm thick material provides the same amount of warmth as 5 to 10 mm down in a jacket. While maintaining body temperature, the material has significantly improved air and moisture permeabilities. SYCORE-TEX utilizes multiphase, multicomponent polymers and functional powder materials to create a three-dimensional, multilayered, porous topological network skeleton structure. This structure is then combined with advanced textile manufacturing processes to produce ultrathin composite fabrics. The resulting fabric offers several benefits, including ultra-low thermal conductivity, excellent softness, flexibility and drapability, windproof properties and good breathability. These features focus on managing heat in the micro-environment between the human body and clothing layer. This technology saves energy, reduces power consumption and helps people cope with sudden changes in the natural environment. This technology won the Award of Excellence of the 24th China Patent Award and the Gold Medals at both the 48th International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva and the 75th Nuremberg iENA. Currently, SYCORE-TEX has obtained 10 invention patents in China and the United States, and has received the ISPO Textrends Global Awards TOP 5 and TOP 10. In 2023, it was awarded the Best Product Award in the category of fiber and thermal insulation materials. Topological softgel is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, the technology has been certified by authoritative organizations in China textile industry, and has been tested by SGS for 248 substances of very high concern (SVHC).
