Xiamen Extraordinary Textile Technology Co., Ltd. is an integrated intelligent manufacturing enterprise integrating R&D, weaving, yarn dyeing & finishing and garment production. We devote ourselves to the research of functional eco-friendly yarns and apparel fashion trends, focusing on the R&D and production of high-end differentiated knitted fabrics and matching accessories. We supply domestic and foreign apparel brands with integrated solutions of personalized, functional and sustainable lightweight sportswear fabrics.

We are equipped with a complete full-chain intelligent production line: 60 self-developed computer jacquard weft knitting machines, 200 conventional weft knitting machines, and 40 single/double needle bed computer jacquard warp knitting machines. Supporting workshops for yarn dyeing, fabric lamination, fleece post-processing and intelligent garment production lines are available, enabling closed-loop production covering upstream yarn processing to finished apparel.

Our team consists of senior technical specialists from all segments of the textile industrial chain, forming an efficient collaborative production system. We focus on original process development to endow fabrics with differentiated core functions including temperature control, moisture wicking and heat retention. By deeply integrating upstream and downstream supply chains, we have built an efficient and flexible new industrial & trade operation model. All our fabrics are originally designed in-house, featuring four core strengths: environmental friendliness, functionality, fashion and innovation, leading market trends of outdoor and casual fabrics.

Three Core Patented Fabric Series

1. Sangnuansi® Ultra-light Warm Bionic Down Recycled Fabric

Equipped with dual-state intelligent temperature control technology, it senses real-time body surface conditions and dynamically switches between moisture-wicking ventilation and heat storage modes. It quickly expels moisture and dissipates heat during movement to avoid stuffiness, while locking air layers for long-lasting warmth at rest. On the basis of ultra-lightweight texture, it achieves a perfect balance of warmth and breathability for winter sports. It consists of two sub-series: bionic down fabric and grid fleece, covering three major application sectors: professional competitive outdoor sports, urban casual outdoor commuting, and trendy youth leisure sports.

2. Venturi-effect Active Air Conduction Quick-dry Fabric

Breaking the breathability limits of traditional single-layer mesh fabrics, it delivers active air cooling and diversion based on fluid mechanics, accelerating sweat evaporation to keep fabrics dry and non-sticky. Developed for high-intensity endurance sports under high temperatures, it fits cross-country running, marathons, summer hiking and high-temperature aerobic training, applicable to racing vests, short/long-sleeve sports tops and other apparel.

3. F.Aier™ 3D Spring Bionic Down Air Heat-locking Yarn Series

Protected by independent invention patents, this technology fills the domestic technical gap in similar yarn products. Its plum-blossom hollow structure and interlaced fibers form an expanded three-dimensional space that traps static air for long-lasting thermal retention. The bionic down yarn maintains permanent fluffy resilience without collapsing, ultra-light and weightless. It is widely applicable to thermal fabrics for lightweight outdoor sports, daily commuting, business casual wear and high-end women’s fashion.
