Shanghai Tiqiao Textile Yarn Dyeing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shanghai Tiqiao) traces its origin from 1989, when it is established as a yarn dyeing manufacturer. Shanghai Tiqiao is a well-known national modern high-tech enterprise of yarn dyeing, knitting, dyeing and finishing fabric mill. The registered and production address is located in No. 519 Liyue Road in Minhang District, covering a site of 172,000 m2, with construction area of 150,000 m2. The registered capital is RMB 160 million with total investment reached RMB 1.2 billion.

In April 2016, Shanghai Tiqiao Jiangsu Textile Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiangsu Tiqiao ") was established in Yancheng Modern High-Tech Textile Industrial Zone, Linhai Town, Sheyang County. The registered capital of the Jiangsu Tiqiao is RMB 150 million, with the initial investment of RMB 2.2 billion, covering an area of 404,000 m2 and construction area of more than 200,000 m2. At the same time, the equipment of Shanghai Tiqiao’s four production sections, i.e. yarn dyeing, knitting, dyeing and finishing, mercerizing, have been relocated to Jiangsu Tiqiao, adding high-tech and advanced equipment in the world making Jiangsu Tiqiao a provincial private high-tech textile enterprise and production and transformation base specializing in the production of high-quality dyed yarn and functional fabrics. Shanghai Tiqiao remains as the sales and R&D center. At present, Jiangsu Tiqiao has an annual output of 20,600 tons of dyed yarn, 17,600 tons of knitted fabrics and 2,750 tons of medical gauze. The main production and business scope includes dyed yarn, mercerized dyed yarn and fabric, high quality functional knitted fabric, automobile fabric and new materials, etc. Shanghai Tiqiao and Jiangsu Tiqiao (hereinafter referred to as "we") export 85% of the products directly or indirectly to Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Southeast Asia, Central America and other countries and regions.

Shanghai Tiqiao is also a council member of China Knitting Industry Association. We have obtained the certifications of "ISO9001:2015 International Quality Management System", "ISO14001:2015 International Environmental Management System "and "GB/ T28001:2011 Occupational Health and Safety Management System" for many consecutive years; as well as the Oeko-Tex 100 environmental protection system certification. We have also been exempted from inspection in Japan by the "White List Qualification of Dyeing Enterprises" Certificate.
"Tiqiao" trademark, in 2015 was named as "China’s Well-known Trademark", "Shanghai’s Famous Trademark" title. 2012-2017 won the "Famous Brand-name Products in Shanghai". Tiqiao has been in the leading position in the knitting industry with its successful R&D, innovation and new product development and marketing.

Jiangsu Tiqiao has installed industry-leading energy-saving dyeing and knitting machine, finishing machine and other production, testing equipment with intelligent control system; to ensure the stability of product quality to win the trust of the customers.

Jiangsu Tiqiao adheres to the ideology of "clean production" and "standard discharge", with annual savings of 146,000 tons steam and more than 10,000 tons standard coal through effective energy-saving measures, such as hot water recovery, etc.

Jiangsu Tiqiao was awarded Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Ecological Textile Certificate in 2019.
